Tamil Nadu / Andhra / Kerela types
Age: 40 max (+/-)
Hindi speaking must
atleast 5 years experience in
- Traditional/ Wedding/Functions type dishes
- North indian little bit knowledge.
- English reading & writing/speaking .
- very strong in idli & dosa & vada different varieties .
- Traditional Non Veg varieties (varieties of Biryani)
2) Gujarati Cooks (Chefs) - 3
Age: 40 max (+/-)
-Gujarrati speaking must.
-Must know Farsan.
-Traditional/ Wedding/Functions type dishes
-Must know north indian food also
-English reading writing/speaking must.
- atleast 5 years exp
3) Rajasthani/Marwari Cooks (Chefs) - 2
Age: 40 max (+/-)
-Traditional/ Wedding/Functions type dishes
-Must know north indian food also
-English reading writing/speaking must.
- atleast 5 years exp
4) Indian Curry/Tandoor Specialist Chef - 1
Age: 40 max (+/-)
Must be good in bulk preparations
-English reading writing/speaking must.
- atleast 5 years exp
5) Accounts Manager/ Accounts Head - 1
Age 45 max (+/-)
-Post Graduates/CAs preferred
-Should be able to take care of entire Outlets, Sales, Purchases, Stocks, Inventory
- Taxation etc
-Salary, payments, catering etc
-Must have knowledge of SAP or TRP software system.
-Minimum 10 years experience in similar level
6) Banquet Sales & Marketing - 1
Age: 35 max (+/-)
-high command on English oral & written.
-Hindi speaking must
-good command on computer.
-basic knowldge of desigm or ecommerce.
-must know travel & tours. reservation or booking background preferred. (Banquet Sales Experience)
7) Store Keeper - Purchase/Receiving. - 1
Age: 35 max (+/-)
Costing knowledge must.
Controller of Stock List
Hindi & English speaking/writing must.
atleast 4-5 years in similar level in Indian Restaurant Chains
8) HR/Training Manager - 1
Age 35 - 40 (+/-)
Who can gv training to F&B staff
- String bavkground of F&B servixe,
- with training skills,
- must know jow to make training presentation & SOP.
- Very very Good knowldge of computers.
- quality control( can go for inspection)
- must hv very good english communication

9) F&B Manager - 1 ARM - 2 /Supervisor/Captain - 5
Age: 25 - 36 max (+/-)
-Computer knowledge must.
-same level min 3 yrs
- Fluent English. & Hindi
-Must have good knowledge of all kinds of Indian Food
Salary will be negotiable during Final Interview and deserving Candidates will get the best salary.
( F&B Manager with talent of entertainment - preferably can play DJ or Can do Social media/e-commerce or graphic designing)

10) Cost / Inventory/ Asset Controller 1
Age: 40 max (+/-)
-Minimum 5 years experience in Indian Restaurants
-Reporting directly to Management/GM
- Preferable have done course material management
(Direct Interview for F&B Posts in New Delhi during 2nd/3rd week of July in New Delhi)
