AFFECTS OF CLIMATIC CHANGE FELT
If the Government says stop cutting down trees,please adhere to that.It is not that they talk to serve themselves but all of us because we are a Government ourselves.
Just 10 years ago,the area in the picture had greens with big trees that give us good shed and complete the Rain cycle,but this is different now.
Stamping and cutting down of trees for charcoal has eroded the trees to almost a bare land.
The local people that enjoyed good rains,good shed,cheap and easy source of firewood now have to travel long distance to fetch firewood like 3 To 5 KMs away from the houses.Even at the time i was at primary school,we learnt that cuttung down trees is dangerous to our Country and its Natural resources.
Most areas that had Nice Fauna and Flora for local and Internation tourists have been expossed or left open to scoutching heat from the sun.As if that is not enough,the nearby RIVERs like Kafue River is slowly reducing is diameter and the areas that people( eg Lozi speaking) used to fish cutfish fish are now residential areas. cheap evening dresses

The global warming is real,let us all work as a term to control the cutting down of trees.The trees take 3 to 10 years to grow.It has come to my attention that women now move from one farm to another to get maize cobs as the only source of firewood to cook food.
An elderly woman today told me that,in as much as the maizecobs are toxic,they heat fast and cook fast except that you need a herp of it to cook a meal.You must be aware that,most pots tend to be black and smokey as you prepare the food and the food's aroma is taken away by the smile of the smoke.
To same people,it is used to give NO appetite to visitors so that they do not partake in the meal expecially beef.
You will hardly tell if the food being prepared is this or that.
Thanks to the chinease company that is putting up another pipe line of water from Kafue to Lusaka who are uprooting the overgrown roots that are now picked as firewood by locals.
Farm owner have fenced there farms to avoid anyone to cut trees.Young and old are linned up to go collect firewood to prepare food every in the morning and afternoons.
What used to be falktales,is now real infact,all falktales we used to listen to those days(80s) are now the reality.

1.A 70 year old lady takes on to the jungle to go look for remain of the maize cobs from nearby farms for use as evening source of firewood.
2.The children below 10 years are spotted from a distance carrying firewood according to age walking back to the houses.
3.The ox bell is placed inside a house by the door inside to deter suspected thiefs who try to steal maize or goats from old people s homes.
You may wish to know that;
A duck has to take a day or so hunged for blood to be drained out.It is believed to be the only bird in the world with alot of blood more than human.Its fresh,takes minutes to go bad if blood not drained as you dress it.
Lets us come up with project to start afforastation in our Country expecially the areas slong the rail its nolonger a food busket we new.
